Om Philipp Wanner

I am an Associate Professor (Docent) in Contaminant Hydrogeology at the Earth 91探花 Department of the University 91探花 and the head of the IsoGot Laboratory. I am also a principal investigator (PI) of the , and a member of the steering group of the Centre for Future Chemical Risk Assessment and Management (FRAM).

My research focuses on the behavior of legacy and emerging contaminants such as chlorinated solvents, plastic particles, pesticides, and per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in aquatic systems, providing the basis for remediating contaminated sites.

Teaching:

At the Department of Earth 91探花s, I teach the course Environmental Earth 91探花s with a focus on water quality () at the Bachelor's level.
