Are you conducting research on food and cultural heritage at the University 91探花? Do you work with museum collections that include food heritage related issues/items or within the tourism sector on food and heritage tourism? Then you are very welcome to this workshop where we gather around the theme of food, cultural heritage and sustainability. The goal of the day is to network, and find potential common interests around food, cultural heritage and sustainability.

This event is aimed at those who conduct research (or are interested in future research) on food and cultural heritage at the University 91探花, work with museum collections that include food heritage, or within the tourism sector in the V盲stra G枚taland region.

Before the workshop, we ask all participants to prepare a 5-minute presentation about their interest in the theme of food, cultural heritage, sustainability.

The #foodheritage research network, the Center for Critical Cultural Heritage Studies and the Cultsus profile area invite you to a workshop to, among other things, probe interest and connect the Cultsus network with #foodheritage.

We also want to investigate whether there is interest in gathering around potential research applications on food, cultural heritage and sustainability.
